We provide FREE worldwide shipping for any online purchase.

Understandably, there are currently worldwide shipping delays whether we are sending to New Plymouth or New York, so all timeframes listed are a best estimate.

We provide free shipping worldwide. Wherever you need your Cutler & Co. sent to, we can make it happen!

New Zealand:

FREE SHIPPING, 1-3 working days.

Australia:

FREE SHIPPING, 10-14 working days.

Rest of the World:

FREE SHIPPING, 10+ days, dependent on location.

Returns and exchanges


We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a product that you have ordered from us, a refund or an exchange will be provided promptly to you if the goods are returned within 30 days.


Simply return your purchase unworn and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a brief description of your requirements or the reason for return and we will gladly exchange or refund it. Items will be replaced only after the original goods are returned and provided they are returned in the same condition as you received them in.


The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that all items are securely packaged as we are not able to accept them back if damaged on the way.

Unfortunately once an order is placed and payment is made you cannot cancel it.  You will have to follow our return/refunds process to return it to us.


From time to time a garment may sell out before your online purchase is processed.  If this does occur we will contact you and suggest an alternative or simply remove that item from your order.
